Every product we build starts as a specimen — a real problem, collected first.

Problexa is a studio based in Amman. We take on freelance builds for real businesses, and use every one of them to learn what's actually worth building next.

Product engineering

Web apps built end to end — from a blank repo to something real people use. TypeScript front to back.

02

Design & interface

Interfaces designed with the engineering in mind, not handed off separately — what you approve is close to what ships.

  • UI design
  • Prototyping

03

Audit & continuation

Picking up a project mid-build after a team change — mapping what's actually done, what's missing, and moving it forward safely.

Order & delivery platform

Order & delivery platform

2026 · Doña · bowl restaurant

Visit live →

Problem

A bowl restaurant taking orders by phone, with a shared POS setup that regularly mixed up call numbers and lost new customers' names off the kitchen ticket.

Resolution

A full ordering site wired directly into their Revel POS in real time — live menu sync, per-zone delivery pricing across 170+ mapped areas, WhatsApp-verified checkout, and a driver dispatch view.

Real-time · POS sync · zero manual entry

  • Next.js
  • TypeScript
  • Revel POS API
  • WhatsApp Cloud API
IMPACT congress site

IMPACT congress site

2025 · IEEE Computer Society · Texas Tech

Visit live →

Problem

A student branch promoting the region's first VR/AR/MR congress had no public home for it — no way to build anticipation or lay out a full day of parallel workshops.

Resolution

A two-page static site: a countdown hero, speaker grids with hover-reveal bios, and an agenda page rendering the full day as an alternating rail, responsive to phone width.

Zero backend · one source of truth

  • HTML5
  • CSS3
  • JavaScript
  • jQuery

2026 · Luxury interior design studio

  • Front-end development
Brand & catalog site

Brand & catalog site

2026 · Leather goods brand

The customer-facing brand and product site, plus an admin dashboard for managing products and catalog content directly.

  • Admin dashboard

Membership & finance system

2026 · Freelance client · boxing gym

In progress

Problem

A boxing gym tracking every membership and payment on paper, with no way to see who's expiring soon.

Resolution

A system for registration, subscription plans, income/expense tracking, and automatic coach alerts before a membership lapses.

  • Next.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • Prisma

Internship management system

2026 · Internal platform

In progress

Problem

An organization running internships by hand, with no shared system for tasks, hours, or supervisor visibility.

Resolution

A three-dashboard platform — admin, intern, and supervisor — with task/hours tracking, real-time chat, and activity logs.

  • Full-stack development
  • Real-time systems

Catalog & ordering platform

2026 · Internal platform

In progress

Problem

An e-commerce-style platform inherited mid-build after a team change, needing a full audit before work could safely continue.

Resolution

A full codebase audit to establish real status, then resumed development: auth, catalog, cart, and order management.

  • Next.js
  • Express
  • PostgreSQL

Problexa runs on freelance work, not around it. Every project we take on for a real business doubles as a discovery channel — a way to see what people actually struggle with, before we ever decide what to build for ourselves.

We founded the studio in 2026, and we're keeping it small on purpose. Two people means every project passes through both of us, and nothing gets built on a guess neither of us has personally checked.
